  27. I'm afraid I can't help you with the cursor speed-up, but the Repeat Flag
  28. on the Commodore-64 is location 650. Poke as needed:

  30.                           POKE 640,x
  31.  
  32.                           x=0      Only spce & cursor keys repeat;
  33.                           x=128    All keys repeat;
  34.                           x=64     NO keys repeat.
